Thanks for coming by my site….I love yours and have subscribed. I’m a reporter for our daily paper here in the Arkansas Ozarks, and shoot most of my own photos, but am really a rank amateur photog, although I love it. Sounds like you and your husband have a neat shared career.
:sunny::heartbeat: Kerri, Thank you so much for lending me your husband for another shoot with me. You all have just been such a Blessing to me. Your words are taken seriously and I appreaciate that you have such a loving kind heart and spirit! Mark is an outstanding photographer and a real HOOT to shoot with!
Looking forward to getting together for dinner hopefully sometime this week. Its Lauras vacation week! Yea!! I’ll be in touch. Have a great shoot today and thanks again for yesterday.
God Bless, Randy:spinning:
Hi Mark and Kerri,
Thanks so much for your lovely comment and compliments Kerri. I can’t wait to see the photos from this engagement shoot. Do you have a busy Thanksgiving week? I have 4 shoots this week so I think I will be very busy and then back to work at the hospital at the end of the week. I want to try and call you just to chat and catch up while I am in photoshop if that’s o.k. Just let me know when is a good day.
Thanks for visiting my site. I’ve enjoyed your photos and entries, especially your slide show ”I Love LA”. Most of my entries are protected (photos of my kids), and I’ve added you to my protected list if you make it back.
Hi Kerri,
Thank you so much for your lovely comments, and yes, Melissa loves the shots so I was very pleased. Have fun doing the engagement photo shoot.
Christine

I blooged on that last month when I saw it on youtube it’s awesome. Some friends of mine want me to do it at our local mall. Working on getting the courage
Daniel
thanks! glad you liked it! that’s quite a video! I wonder what the police used as their excuse to try to shut them down? I mean, no one was forced to hug them
That is awesome… thank’s I needed a hug, lol… in Peace and God Bless.

:coolman: Wow, that is such an inspirational story. I think the only reason that the police would have banned it is because someone spoke out about a persons missuse of it. The human race being what it is in so many ways corrupt, since we live in a world of sin, it is hard for trust to be so easily formed. And a random person may have decided to use this as a chance for pick-pocketing or perhaps gropping. The police heard about it and naturally had the obligation to keep it from happening. Never assume that any side is naturally bad or good, police are here for our protection. They wouldn’t have tried to stop this unless they had gotten a complaint about it. The basis of free hugs was clean and pure, but in this corrupt world can be turned by one to evil.

your comments are so encouraging. thank you! can’t wait to see pix of your grandchild! your daughter’s blessed to have a mom who takes such wonderful photos during such a precious time.

EDIT: Upon Closer Inspection… This is why it is important to use Photoshop to look closely at your image BEFORE you post it or show to to anyone. Sometimes there are details that only show up when you zoom in. For instance, when I looked at the possum picture closer I found something I wasn’t...

Cuuuute! The other night when I drove home from work, there were 5 skunks by my driveway…eeps! I just saw in the paper 3 weeks ago that there was a sleeping black bear up in a tree about 3 blocks away from here. He was safely removed by wildlife officials to go back in the mountains. Definitely different being here to be aware of bears and mtn lions when there were only small prairie animals such as rabbits and foxes to think of back at home in ND, ha!
RYC: We live in Boulder, CO, which is nestled right at the foot of the Rocky Mtns (30 minutes west of Denver) We love it though. Perfect for us, nature lovers. My husband is from TX and my parents live in ND so we live right in smack in between both families so again, right place for us. If you have any more critter surprises in your yard, be sure to take pics, I love those!
:giggle::wave:For a minute there I thought that was a photo of Mark! LOL!!!:lol::lol:
Awww, that is too cute. Poor thing looks scared to death though.
Kerri, we should bind together in prayer on Thursday for Sara. She and I had a good coversation this morning on IM. Still think you should get on there with us sometime so we could all 3 talk to one another.
Blessings!
Paula
Funny thing is, when I was saw the word “shot” without looking at the picture, It didn’t even cross my mind to think about a gun. I guess that’s what photography and “shooting” has done to us!
Haha I’m with Tim, I thought of your 5d immediately. Using headlights because of no on-board flash… ingenius! Can I start calling you MacGuyver?
:coolman: Hey Mark, lets the the BBQ all ready for a Jed Clampet Possom Pie!:laugh:
Don’t mess with the guy who has the original photo’s…..stay tuned.
:heartbeat: I love possums . . . I use to see one around our backyard that I named Mathilda. I’ll have to write a story about her and her babies. The Humane Society came one day and took them away. She had her home in my neighbor’s old shed and one day she discovered them. If you catch them as a baby, they can grow to be a pet. The bad thing about that is they will sleep ALL day and rummage around during the night. Very cute picture … I think he looks more like Randy than Mark, however. Adios ~Carolyn :heartbeat:
LOL!!! Razehell you are correct!!! I do believe I see Randy there…
MARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE TOO FUNNY!!! You do know that Randy is bigger than you , right?
Kerri
