Randy
What beautiful photos! You guys did an amazing job as usual
So where is the flower farm? I’ve never heard of it, but it’s beautiful!
Those photos of them are great! I was smilin’ lookin’ at them all. The camera just loves those two. :sunny:
You know what? I really like the way you turn any location into a backdrop and any object into a prop to create beautiful memories for these couples. I wish I knew Northern Cal people I could refer to you.
i agree with kenny ahn… you really do use a lot of the environment really well… great work! great song too! it sounds like matchbox 20?
and ryc, i told them to relax and to do something silly.
Wow, and cute couple, where do you find these people?
Ryc: We did recently have Anzac day, unfortunately the Prime Minister asked the Australian public to pray for rain two days before. He was thinking about the drought but talk about bad timing, it just rained all day.
Hey there!
For some reason, I can’t see the pictures???????
What a bummer
That was sure fun… You guys got some pretty amazing shots there! Great job! =]
Another great engagement session! Love all the reflection ones in the car. There is a black and white one that looks like they are dancing and you are directly above………….love that one. The couple must love these.
On another note…………your grandson is getting so big already. I need to see him sometime. May was my busiest month for weddings and I think July will be. We need to get together sometime in June. I leave this friday for my younger brother’s wedding in Laguna Beach.
WOW! sitting here with a big grin on my face, Can’t wait to see their wedding pictures:love::love:
My favorite images are in the rocking chair and playing chess. the quality of the light was perfect,
and the poses were so unique. You’ve totally inspired me
Thanks everyone! It is so nice to hear such great comments!
Kerri
Wow, what a great shoot! I love all the creative use of reflections…the shiny cars, mirrors, the pond…just fabulous! I like the series by the pond the best. They look like they are having so much fun and just really love being around each other.
RYC: Yes, my friends who recently modeled for me are gorgeous!! That sure helps to make my photography look good, maybe better than it actually is. LOL! I’ve been telling them about all the wonderful comments their pictures are getting….it makes them blush a little bit…I love it!!
Hey… yeah… it’s been 3 weeks now that he’s been using my car. It’s annoying now. LOL. The plus side is that every week since I haven’t had my car, we’ve had plenty of money left over unlike normal….lol. That’s the only benefit!
What’s been going on with you guys? It seems like you don’t post as much anymore either. How’s the kitchen thing coming along? Oh, btw, I like the profile pic!!! Oh and more Jayden pics please. LOL
Okay, I just looked at some of the more recent entries that I somehow missed… awesome pics as usual! Brian shouldn’t feel bad about being 1 of 3…. I was 1 of 1. LOL. I was the only graduate at my church school. There would’ve been another but she decided she didn’t want to come to our school anymore. Anyway so yeah… it was interesting. :sunny:
Simply Irresistable!!! (sp)
the music matches the photos! i love that last song! no one ever knows who aqualung is!
you know what is so great about your photos? they’re so natural! it looks like you capture the couple in their element, unedited, uncut! i love it! i absolutely love it! can i be your shadow at this wedding? lol…just awesome! i can’t wait to see the wedding pics! it’ll be worth the wait, i know it!
btw, they’re a super cute couple!
:heartbeat: These are BEAUTIFUL. You caught alot of great expressions and beautiful light and they are SOOO cute! That will be a fun wedding.
you continue to capture such beautiful expressions in your images! this speaks volumes about the warmth you and mark give off as a photographic team. i can tell your subjects always enjoy their sessions! that mustache photo cracked me up. btw, that’s quite the ring on her finger! i hope all is well up there.
beautiful… LOVE the old truck photos (out at the farm?)!! Very lovely.
wonderful slide show!!
Ryc: yeah Brandon caught the garter…. we are getting ready to set a date for our wedding!! yeahhhhh

Hey Kerri, I know what you mean. Getting married and traveling and trying to move has me all tied up. I am still in Tennessee but it won’t be too much longer now. I have a realtor but I haven’t released my house on the market yet, just doing a few more things. Hopefully when I get to Vegas and get settled I will have more time for Xanga. I miss our old friends too. I went over to Passiondove the other day to show my supervisor your Alaska trip. He is trying to plan a trip to Alaska. He loved your pics and I loved going back to see them. Duane has promised me a trip there probably in a year or so after we get settled together. I really love seeing these photo’s that you all post, they are great!!! love you
Well, if you get your photos back on your computer soon, I do take late submissions. So if you can still get one in sometime next week, I will put it in. If you can’t that’s ok. Maybe you can do the next one. :sunny:
Beautiful as usual. So I’m guessing the wedding will be pink. :goodjob:
I actually found both of your sites, so you can add me to both or if your just going to be on the one add me there, if you have any questions just ask ok? if its too hard to explain over the computer I will give you my #. (((hugs)))
Terrific work!!! What a beautiful couple. So natural and relaxed – absolutely perfect. Great locations too – tailored to the couple.
Beautyful slide show.
The groom looks like a guy that I ust to know back in the 60 s that was in College.
Can’t waite to see the wedding pictures.
Mickie
Re- We’re hoping to get hitched on March 8th ’08, cause apparently wedding season is “off season” then and most of my friends will be free hopefully.
If finances don’t allow though, we may have to push the date back to October ’08, when wedding season is in full swing and a lot of people will probably be busy then… ![]()
I’m definitely going to invite as many friends as I can, both real life and online, in fact I almost have closer friends online than I do in person anymore, just because I’m so busy with work and I don’t socialize much at all unless I’m with Joy… And I wish I was rich, cause then I could buy plane tickets for all my friends who live far away. I have a ton of friends who are in the bay area or out of state, not to mention 99.9% of my relatives live out of state too! Ah well we’ll see. I’m sure the whole event will be live web-casted or something lol…
Take care,
-Matt-
PS!!! My favorite photos are definitely the sepia toned chess shot, and then after that you just seem to click perfectly with the couple and they’re ALL stunning. My favorite has to be 097, the sepia over-head spinning kiss shot. Beautiful!
-Matt-
wow … i loved the shoot … mad fun! you guys did an awesome job! as if you needed anymore reinforcement ; )
Such beautiful work, and with such beautiful, photogenic subjects! :goodjob: Congratulations to Evan & Audra. :heartbeat:

Congratulations to Brian!! Being in such a small class size, Brian has had an experience many never experienced – that’s so awesome. Cool photos.
that 24mm is sweet! you’re making me consider one. stop it. don’t tell me what lenses you’re using.

Sitting here this morning reminiscing….the events of last night… Brian receives his High School diploma! YEAH for Brian! How proud you are!! I am sorry the pox have been continuing to haunt your family!!!!!!! You guys take care!!!! Charlotte
Oh my gosh…. my little brother. So proud of you!! You did great last night and man are you a hottie!!!! hahahah…. Lookin forward to see your direction from here…..LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have heard of people coming down with a second case of chicken pox when they didn’t get it hard enough the first time. I’m glad he was able to go. Sounds like it was a very touching graduation. Must be a Christian school though. You wouldn’t hear talk of God working in someone’s life and scripture quoted at a secular school graduation. Good luck to Brian. I went to school to be a journalist and did it for a living for a few years. Still like to do it somewhat, just didn’t deal well with the politics involved in the newspaper business.
That’s great! I really like that first photo of all three of them.
Wish we could’ve met while I was up north. Oh well. Maybe another time. Just had to really spend some time with my uncle and I’m sure you were just as busy.
:lookaround: Just three in the graduating class? I’ve never seen anything like that, but what a great blog. Congrats to Brian and I hope he has a great summer at home getting ready to attend College.
May The Pox be gone forever from your house and family…AMEN!
What a special evening! And good riddance to the POX for you all!
:yes:What a great moment! Such an important event in one’s life…I am thrilled for Brian and for you guys, too…
I feel so out of touch. I am sure I have missed some great pictures while I was away. I know your precious grandbaby is growing and so I look forward to seeing new pics of him! :fun:Anyhoooooooooo, I have missed you! With much love and many prayers, Paula
:goodjob:Ohhhhhhhhhh, and I LOVE your new profile pic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know he doesn’t know me, but congradulations to him! an photojournalism -wow, that could be really cool! (also, God could use that to get him into a lot of places around the world where he could be a light!!!
Congradutlations to Brian..and to you his parents, because it’s a team effort!
But most of all, the thanks and praise is to God in heaven.
I can’t image raising a child without His help.
Reading your post reminded me so much of our Bri’s graduation last year.
She was also in a class of three and the ceremony was held at our church.
Check out my post from June 5th 2007 for pictures.
Tanks Kerri for you encouraging comment! yes, actually I’d love to be a press or staff photographer shooting action/sports. Who knows? it may happen yet. As it is, I gues sI’ll be happy to shoot this up coming high school reunion… What’s that bible saying? don’t despise the day of small beginnings?
:wave:What a beautiful & meaningful graduation, full of great memories for you all. Congratulations to Brian! :goodjob:

Here we go – another contest but this one is just for bragging rights. (that means no prize other than telling all your friends and family that they now have to recognize your mighty powers…) actually if you really want something to motivate you then maybe… just maybe…if you send us a picture of yourself...
