That was so funny we had no idea that there was a shoot out going on in Old Sac…until we walked up and I hear a gun shot and a horse that was hooked up to a carriage walking nearby jumped and scared me. Then we see these guys! lol it was fun to watch and they were hilarious!

Photographed a few seniors in Feb. and Mar. still kind of early for them. Weddings start next weekend. Six between now and first week in June, two booked for later in the year. Calls are picking up but a little slower that usual. -Jeff

Oh, yes, that looks like a wonderful day. But omg the Haight looks like the ’60′s all over again! I love the shot of the bridge at sunset, too — it really is a golden gate!

sounds like you went to the Far East Cafe on the 600th block of Grant. I grew up only two doors away from there, where our family ran a curio shop till 1970. This is the last restaurant with private booths in Chinatown. There used to be many like that. To me..the food there is a bit on the expensive side. Let me know when you’re in town next time…I’ll show you where you can eat a lot cheaper. Then again…you may find it too raunchy.

I used to ice skate at the old sutro’s in the 60′s…by the cliff house.

That is so cool…we found that restaurant about 5 years ago for Lindsays birthday. Yes, I would love to go to the place you know. I dont mind raunchy as long as they keep their clothes on!

I’m waiting for the slide show to load, but just reading your post made me long for SF…oh my gosh, what a perfect song to fit my mood! I went to Dominican College in Marin as an art major in the late 70′s. How I LOVED going into the city (wonder where the B&W photos I took then are)>

Yeah – that was totally unplanned. Mommy grabbed the first package on the top of the stack, and had we known what was in it we would have moved it to the last one of the night. But it’s all good – he was having fun, and his mom got to open presents, which was fun for her!
